Returns & Exchanges

At FOUNT®, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
